We love that majority of our products are instock + ready to ship immediately, however are now offering PRE-ORDER items, which in other words are "special order items" which we order from our suppliers only when they have been ordered by a customer.

ABOUT PRE-ORDERS:

This exciting new system will allow us to offer you a wider range of beautiful products keeping the prices as affordable as possible. 

Pre-order items are stock that we DO NOT have on hand in our workshop. Therefore your pre-order item is paid in FULL at time of purchase. Once you place your Pre-order item/s they are ordered through our suppliers and reserved exclusively for you.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING TIMES:

Pre-order Items can take anywhere from 2-5weeks this DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, international shipping delays, production delays or public holiday periods. We do our very best to dispatch preorders as soon as possible.

Once you item/s arrive to our workshop your parcel is then sent within 24/48 hours to be processed via Australia Post. (Delivery times vary depending on location, please contact Australia post to get estimated times) 

ORDERING PRE-ORDER & AN IN-STORE ITEM/S: 

When ordering an IN-STORE product (STOCK ON HAND) with your PRE-ORDER ITEM/S your items will not be sent out until your PRE-ORDER item has arrived into our workshop. If you are needing your IN-STORE item fast please make two SEPARATE orders.

REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

If your PRE-ORDER item cannot be fulfilled due to supplier errors we will contact you as soon as possible via email and advise a FULL refund OR store credit on the item/s. Please check ALL measurements before any purchase.

PREORDER CANCELLATION:

Cancellation of a preorder is treated as a change of mind condition and therefore we cannot offer you a REFUND instead a store CREDIT will be granted. 

 PLEASE READ:

Upon ordering from our preorders, you are committing to purchase from Miss Indi Girl, under the mentioned guidelines and agree to above turn around timeframes and conditions of sale.

You also acknowledge there may be delays with orders and have ordered correct sizing to allow for timeframes.

WE DO NOT REFUND PREORDERS. 

If you change your mind, we will issue a store credit for the order.

This also applies to late or delayed orders.
